ORDERS:

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

Amy Hall Ltd offers products that are handmade to order. Therefore, products are not usually immediately available, unless they are in the clearance section. Timescales for each item are outlined in the product description. 

Occasionally if there is a high demand for a certain product we may contact you to notify you of a slight delay. If for any reason you are unhappy about this, you would be entitled to a full refund.

CANCELLATION:

As each item is hand made to order, it is only possible to cancel your order up to 7 days after the order has been placed. Please send us an email with 'cancel' in the subject line and your reason for cancellation. We will respond with a confirmation email when it has been cancelled (generally within 24 hours).

RETURNS:

It is possible to return your unworn Amy Hall garment provided it is in resale-able condition.

Please be aware that as each piece is made to order, you will be refunded 90% of the cost of the garment (excluding P&P). This is to cover administration and labour costs. Items should be returned, recorded, to: Room 12, 3rd Floor, The Print House, 18 Ashwin Street, London E8 3DL

Please note that we accept no responsibility should returned items get lost in the post.

REFUNDS:

All refunds will be credited to the credit card/PayPal account used in your purchase. In the event that a product has been returned, a refund will only be given after receipt of that product.

We will do everything we can to refund you quickly and you will be notified of your refund by e-mail.

INSURANCE AND DELIVERY:

Items are always dispatched via UK Special Delivery or international signed-for.

SECURITY:

Our store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

FINALLY:

It is very important that you take good care of your Amy Hall garment. All items are to be cared for following the instructions on the care label. You can also refer to our detailed garment care guide here. Absolutely no responsibility can be taken if these care instructions are ignored. In most cases, pieces can be washed by hand. All can be dry cleaned.

All products are made using predominantly natural fibres which are sometimes prone to pilling. This can easily be resolved by gently removing using a wool comb.

All items are lovingly hand made by our small team in east London and should always reach you in perfect condition. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately and we will do our very best to resolve the situation.
